Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to harvest energy by utilizing the structural properties of Sinterflex flexible material produced by Kale Seramik. It was made as a joint work of KALESERAMİK and ESKİŞEHİR TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY in order to provide sustainable clean energy that energy sources need. Different thicknesses of sinterflex were used in the study. Thanks to the displacement and vibrations formed on the flexible sinteflex with different thicknesses, the density of the energy values obtained from the piezoceramics was measured with the help of an oscilloscope. These energy values show differences with the number of piezoceramic used, the way it is placed on the sinteflex and the load applied on it. The appropriate combination was found by optimizing with these parameters. After the combination was determined, production trials were carried out with PZT5H powder. The most efficient production was selected by changing the amount and pressing pressure of PZT5H powder. With the selected production, it was placed under the sinterflex and assembled. 4 pieces of 150cm x 50cm sinterflexes were assembled with PZT5H ceramics and laid in Kale Seramik R&D Center. A system was created with Arduino, which reads a voltage in 10 ms, calculates the load, and collects it at the end of the day and records it in milliampere-hours. The application area is determined after the daily, weekly and monthly controls of the energy values taken from each impact on Sinterflex.
