Abstract (EN)

Depending on the stress and work load experienced in work life, employees may experience some psychological problems. In this context, burnout syndrome is one of the most common problems in organizations. Burnout syndrome can affect the performance of the employees and may also cause the employees to leave their jobs. In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of perceived burnout levels on travel agency employees on turnover intention. In this context, 113 people working in travel agencies operating in Kayseri were surveyed. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS package program. Based on the findings obtained in the result of this search the impact of burnout level experienced by travel agency employees on turnover intention is tried to be determined and some evaluations of results are done As a result of the study, it was found that there is a significant and positive relationship between perceived burnout level and turnover intention. It has been found that there is a significant and positive relationship between emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, which are the subdimensions of burnout.
