Abstract (EN)

Although nearly 1200, Grapes varieties (Vitis vinifera L) were exist, however only 50-60 numbers of these varieties have been growing economically in our country. Despite the high diversity of grape varieties, growing of these varieties was decreasing by every day. In this study, we aimed to determine the morphological, biochemical and molecular features of grape varieties. In this regard, the grape varieties of Sinciri, Tayfi, Binetati and Gozane were used which intensively grown in centrum of the Siirt province. Inclusions of cultural forms to grape varieties were cause to uncertain systematic classification. When identification based on morphological characters is unable to perform the sufficient classification, also the grains, leaves or core features were used for this purpose. In this study image proses method for core of grape varieties were proposed. However to perform the exact and actual classification of grapes varieties was needed to molecular data. Based on the molecular data Sinciri varieties has been shown to occur in different branch into other varieties. In the study, Gozane varieties was seem to more effective for antioxidant activity although, the choice of Binetati and Sinciri varieties by local people. Cultivation of this varieties should be encouraged and used in pharmacological studies. According to evaluation of all data, the differences between grape varieties were due to the ecologic, edaphic and genetic differences.
