Abstract (EN)
In this study, designing and manufacturing and testing of PLC controller apparatus have been carried out in order to grinding or shaping of cylindrical grinding machine turning faces that are in parallel axis, conical, various radius in concave and convex. Also, by the use of this apparatus, cylindrical error has been eliminated and rough shaping has been done for curves. By consideration of grinding wheel size, grinding process could be carried out very rough, rough, medium, and very fine levels . Step motor, linear scale, encoder, infinite gear, coupling have been used to actuation of dressing process. Step motor control has been done by using of Siemens S7-200 PLC and Siemens EM 253 positioning modules.EM 253 positioning module wizard have been by using of step 7 MICROWIN PLC compiler program.Adjusted wizard settings has been set up to EM 253 positioning control panel and sent to intended position. Furthermore, adjusted wizard settings could be change on control panel. In this thesis hybrid step motor has been chosen and relevant driver has been used.Designed and manufactured could easily connectmachine and its table and with the grinding dressing process could occured quickly.
