Abstract (EN)
Silo side plate and pole (stiffener) created by Taguchi optimization of the geometry of the parameter, the highest strength of ABAQUS finite element program, modeled geometry to be manufactured and manufacturing the most suitable work criteria. First, followed by the manufacturing parametric stiffener design generated according to the methods determined criteria. Taguchi L9 orthogonal array is created in accordance with the parameters chosen, the necessary three-point bend test specimens have been manufactured and used. According to the results of analysis of the samples were performed using the software ABAQUS and the results were found to be compatible. Minitab-16 program then, the resulting three-point bending and the highest of the best printing results, the S/N ratio and efficiency levels were determined by the parameters are most resistant geometry formed by the most efficient level. Were found to be 2.5 times higher than before the new geometry, stiffness. Finally, the SAP 2000 program on the new and old silo effect profiles were compared and the results are discussed.
