Due to aircraft accidents, the reliability of air transportation has decreased. With the help of an accurate investigation, analysis and interpretation of aircraft accidents, it may be possible to prevent future accidents caused by the same reason. Thus, it is intended to increase flight safety and reliability. In this thesis, the aircraft accident investigation process, from the beginning of accident moment to the preparation of the accident final report has been considered in accordance with the national and international regulations. Also in thish study, general classification of aircraft accidents are given, the subject of accident investigation and the phases of accident investigation activities are introduced, principle accident investigation techniques and operations are examined, some examples to accident-incident reports are given.
