Abstract (EN)
The rapid development of technology, the increase in e-commerce and global competition have brought a new understanding and perspective of competition to the world. Now, companies follow different strategies while presenting their products and services to the world market. In this process, companies are concerned not only with the quality of the goods and services they produce, but also with every stage of the journey to the consumer. International companies want this journey to end quickly and safely. At this point, companies have understood the importance of logistics infrastructure in order to compete in the international market. Because the logistics infrastructure covers the production cost, transportation cost, storage cost, etc. of the companies from production to consumption. minimizes it. As such, transportation, one of the most important branches of logistics, plays a critical role in global trade. Therefore, air transport eliminates distances in global trade and gives companies access to markets that are difficult to reach. In this context, in this study, it is aimed to determine the logistics performance factors at the point of civil aviation due to the above-mentioned importance and to rank the determined factors with the SWARA method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods.
