Abstract (EN)

Be expressed as Tweny-first century in the same century of human rights. The century is also the century of human rights violations. With the transformation of natural rights into human rights, redefinable rights are treated as a gain which amazes the historical perspective. Environmental pollution, technological and chemical weapons, inequality in income, poverty, war and terrorism are due to the expansion of human rights content. Its expanding content can be a driving force in the acquisition of rights and protection of rights. How are human rights in the same century as the leading and infringement of this foremost right to be considered where a political person is one of the most important uniqueness of political life. In this study, the dimension of human rights approaches discussed in political party programs, examining party attitudes in terms of parliamentary practices, comparison of party objectives in terms of human rights categories with the current political conditions of the period and findings related to this are given.
