Abstract (EN)
Propaganda is a conscious activity an individual or a group attempted to determine, shape, control or change the attitudes of other individuals or groups by using means of communication and expecting the reactions of these individuals or groups concerned with a specific condition or a matter that will be suited to their aims. While propaganda realizes its aim, the idea required to given to the individual is settled to the subconscious automatically, besides one reaches a decision by using free will. Therefore it?s necessary to be careful, to use the prepared and cleaned informations by increasing the propaganda?s effect. We can express the basis aim of propaganda, ?it?s to direct individuals to accept an idea intentionally they are not obliged to accept and to do an action intentionally they can not be forced to do?. During 2. Gulf War happened in Iraq in 2003 and still couldn?t be solved totally, almost a political propaganda war have been realized behind the front, except the war between Government of USA and Iraq in the front and both of two sides carry out a hard working to prove their rightfulnesses. The effort to defend their rightfulnesses all of the world of two countries in one respect divided the ideas of public opinion of the world about the war into two. While some thinks that Iraq is the crushed part in this war, some agree with the idea of that Saddam prepared his conclusion by he has been done for years. But both of two parts could not completely achieve to persuade the public opinion. While Government of USA is in a difficult situation because of the strategical mistakes when made conscious public opinion and could not prove the expressions proposed, Government of Iraq could not attract attention from the world because of factor Saddam and could not use the means of propaganda influentially. Political propaganda working is an active and important means of political communication that it can direct the masses in your favor when it is carried out correctly and destroy the image you constituted for years when it is carried out wrongly. The countries determine their expressions and political propaganda strategies with specialist staff, even before they take a step, first think about how it can be explained to the public.
