AN EXPERIMENTAL EXAMINATION OF THE INNERHEAT CHANGES OF THE FRUİT IN DIFFERENT AİR VELOCITY TO INCREASE THE COOLING EFFECTIVENESS. (M. Sc. Thesis) Murat Ahmet ÖKMEN GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January 1999 ABSTRACT To keep the fruits uncorrupteel, they must be kept in defined temparature heat conditions. In this study a cold cabin, which was made for this experiment, the heat dispersion of some fruits (grape fruit, orange and apple) from the surface of them (peel) into the centre an experimental method has been examined in different fan velocities and cool levels, and the experiment results have been displayed in the tables. According to these results some diagrams have been drawn and the heat dispersions which were accurred by various fan velocities have been examined.
