Abstract (EN)

Controlled polymerisation techniques allow to adjust properties of final products with desired molecular architecture. For example, it is possible to synthesize desired organic-inorganic hybrid metarials using Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization technicque. In this study 1-allyl-3-(4-metylen-7,8-dihydroxycumarinyl)benzimidazolium choloride monomer was polymerized with 3-choloro propil trimethoxy silane compound using ATRP attached to the silica matrix via sol-gel method. In this way, insoluble and antibacterial 1-allyl-3-(4-metylen-7,8-dihydroxycumarinyl) benzimidazolium choloride chloride-silica nanocomposite metarial was synthesized. That was effective against E. coli, S.aureaus and P. aeruginosa bacteria.
