Abstract (EN)
Computer aided solutions to the problems during the cold forming of sheet steel need anengineering working. On mold surfaces which include complex geometry, it is very importantto take precaution for form failing, cracking and wrinkling before mold designing. It ispossible to economize with imaginary results seen by computer simulation beforemanufacturing. For this reason, in this study, deep drawing possibility of cooker front sheet byusing non-linear finite elements method DYNAFORM is investigated. At the same time, real deep drawing experiment with similar conditions are investigated. Atthe end of the study, the last form of sheets, both analyzed and experimental softwares arecompared and the consistency between DYNAFORM software and experimental result isdetermined. Keywords: Deep Drawing, Finite Elements Method, Sheet Forming, Non-Linear Analysis,DYNAFORM
