Abstract (EN)
School excursions are very important for the social studies lessons. This technic helps to teach the abstract subjects converting as perceptible and makes great advantages. Most of the social studies teachers do not apply and use mentioned technic. The reasons of this situation are crowded classes, expensive cost of the method, insufficient amount of teachers, negative approach of the school managements, discipline problems etc. The main reason of this study is to evaluate idea of social studies teachers? problems on school excursions, usage of this technic and sufficiency of the teachers. With this study, opinions of the participant social studies teachers obtained and evaluated about school excursions on the SPSS package, and also obtained some results. Problem area of the mentioned technic, related social studies teachers? opinions similarity and also differences observed in accordance with the sex and seniority. Also in accordance with the sex and seniority highly differences observed related sufficiency of the mentioned technic. About the usage of the mentioned technic on three items lady and men teachers disagree and on eleven items they are agree.
