Effects of social entrepreneurship on employment

In today's working life, social entrepreneurship highlights the aim of creating not only economic growth but also social impact. This approach offers a broader perspective by focusing on solving social problems rather than just targeting profit. The study aimed to evaluate the potential of social entrepreneurship on economic development and employment by examining the effects of social entrepreneurship on employment both in Turkey and around the world. The rising importance of social entrepreneurship attracts attention not only with its non-profit organizations but also with its potential to create employment. The study was conducted to understand the effects of social entrepreneurship on employment and to evaluate success examples from around the world in the context of Turkey. The main purpose of this study is to understand the effects of social entrepreneurship on employment and to examine the contribution of these effects to economic development and, at the same time, to reveal Turkey's potential in the field of social entrepreneurship with examples from around the world. Social entrepreneurship is an approach to doing business that is not limited to traditional business models. The study aimed to contribute to the development of strategies in this field and the dissemination of social entrepreneurship by emphasizing the effects of social entrepreneurship on employment creation and economic development. The study includes a literature review that evaluates the employment models of social entrepreneurship around the world and the success of these models. Examining social entrepreneurship activities specific to Turkey has increased the comprehensiveness of the thesis. The study was carried out using qualitative method. The effects of social entrepreneurship on employment were evaluated with qualitative data. The study aims to reveal the positive effects of social entrepreneurship on employment in Turkey and around the world and to offer suggestions to strengthen the potential in this field. Emphasizing the contributions of social entrepreneurship to economic and social development, he supported research and policy-making efforts in this field.
