Abstract (EN)

This research, which examines the effect of cognitive flexibility and problemsolving skills on professional satisfaction in social workers, was designed according to quantitative design. This research was carried out with a total of 147 personnel working in the public or private sector in the city center of Ankara. In the research, demographic and occupational information form, cognitive flexibility inventory, occupational satisfaction scale and problem solving inventory were used and the research data were analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription package program. The effect of social workers' cognitive flexibility and problem-solving skills on professional satisfaction was examined according to the variables in the demographic and occupational information form. It is thought that the data and results obtained from this study will contribute to the social work literature, professionals and researchers working in the field of social work.
