Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, the unregistering concept in social insurance because of its causes, effects and results that it consists, it is harmful to the countries which are developed anda re developing. So, this is a social-economical problem that has to struggle. The unregistering in social insurance not only affects social security system negatively but also it affects the all units of life; especially economical and social structures. The unregistering in Social Insurance is described as according to the service aggreement neither to register the people who are being worked, to the Social Security Institution nor to inform the days that the people worked or the wages that they take incomplete.The Unregistering in Social Insurance is a kind of difficult problem that has to be solved according to its quality. Besides, it is seen impossible to recognise this.The Unregistered Employment is a kind of hard problem that is being struggled. And , it affects our country?s present economical table. It is one of the main problems that our country has. Every country try to find some solvings that are suitable to its economical and social structures.In this study, the unregistering in social insurance was described. Its reasons, results, different dimensions, effects and varieties were examined. But, the main aim of this study consisting of the reasons that cause the unregistering in social insurance and with some original approaches some determinations have done about the precautions that have to be taken into account to make unregistering in social insurance if it is registered. With this study, the concept of unregistering in social insurance has to be understood very well.
