Şahin, E. Determining the Satisfaction Level of Students, Who Receives Education at Faculties and Colleges Which Gives Sports Education, Concerning the Education Services According to Diversified Variables, Dumlupınar University, Graduate School of Health Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports, Master's Thesis, Kütahya, 2014. The aim of this study is determining the satisfaction level of students, who receives education at faculties and colleges which gives sports education, concerning the education services according to diversified variables. At the same time, by comparing universities, it aims at presenting the satisfaction levels of students at these institutions with several dimensions. 861 students, who were picked randomly, participated in the study voluntarily. These students were studying at faculties and colleges with Sports Education departments in the Aegean region, which are Dumlupınar University, Pamukkale University, Celal Bayar University and Muğla University during 2013-2014 academic years. As a data collection tool, personal information form which was developed by the researcher personally and "Student Satisfaction Scale (Short Form)", which was developed by Baykal et.al. and proven to be valid and reliable in 2011, were used. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was performed to determine if data show normal distribution . After the normality test α = 0.05 significance level with a normal distribution (parametric) in pairwise comparisons , t -test for two independent samples , Man Whitney U test was performed according to sex as equivalent to the non-normal distribution . ANOVA for 3 or more groups in the normal distribution, data show non-normal distribution (non- parametric) Kruskal-Wallis test was performed according to the university and department. As a result of the analysis, according to the universities of participating students; significant differences in the student satisfaction points was detected in sub-dimensions of instructors, school management, scientific, social and technical facilities, participation in the decisions and quality of the education. As a result, it was determined that participant students' student satisfaction points differed according to universities.
