Analysis of the relationship between honesty levels of sportsteachers and their liability levels

The aim of the study is to examine and determine the relationship the level of honesty, personal responsibility and retention of sports trainers who work in Istanbul. In this study, causal screening model and relational screening model has been used whose from general screening models. The universe of study is sports trainers who work in Istanbul-Kucukcekmece province and sample of group is 358 sports instructors who are active in various branches and at different clubs. There were 3 differents scales to be used; honesty scale, retention scale and personal responsibility scale were used to determine the honesty levels, retention levels and responsibility levels of sports instructors and to examine the relationship between concepts. The data obtained in the study were analyzed in the SPSS 25.0 Package Program. Participants responses on the questions of the scale examined age, gender, marital status, income status, we could not detect significant differences according to the variables and total professional experience (>0,05 p) in contrast, the number of employees in the same unit according to the three scales revealed significant differences in the variable between the two groups (p<0.05). It was concluded that as the number of employees in the unit in which participants worked increased, the level of honesty increased, while the levels of personal responsibility and retention tended to decrease in groups where the employee was excessive. In addition, significant differences were found in responses to the honesty scale when working time in the same institution was taken into account. Participants in the answers on the questions of the scale with a moderate positive relationship was identified between the scales personal responsibility Eclipse (p<0.05; R=0,417) scale scores at a level between honesty and eclipse is very weak , negative relationship was found (p<0.05; R=-0,175). Since the results of the study are limited only to sports instructors, it is recommended that the concepts of honesty – personal responsibility and retention for work are also studied in different professions, as well as relationship levels and comparisons between scales..
