Abstract (EN)
The relationship between the use of anabolic androgenic steroids and the tendency to aggression in people who exercise in gyms is an important topic in the field of sports psychology and health. Research shows that the use of anabolic steroids can increase the tendency to aggression. Steroids are known to affect hormonal balances in the body and can lead to aggressive behavior. In line with the scientific research on this subject and the recommendations of health authorities, awareness should be raised on the effects of anabolic steroids use on the tendency to aggression and individuals should be encouraged to make informed decisions to protect their health.
