In this research, the effect of Strategic Human Resources Management on firm performance is tried to be explained with Regression Analysis Method. In the results of the Simple Regression Analysis made with the data obtained from 49 companies affiliated to Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone, It was found that Strategic Human Resources Management affects firm performance significantly and positively but at the low level. In the results of Multiple Regression Analysis, it was found that the studies conducted in the Horizontal and Vertical dimensions of Strategic Human Resources Management had a low impact on Organizational Performance and Social Performance in the sub-dimensions of Firm Performance. The regression models established between the Horizontal and Vertical Dimensions of Strategic Human Resources Management, Consumer Related Performance and Financial Performance and Employee Performance were not found meaningful.
