Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to measure Inhibin A, 17-α hydroxyprogesterone, FSH, LH concentration and some biochemical markers in patient and control groups consisting of women with and without infertility. 140 samples, including menstruating and pregnant women, were compared to those containing healthy women aged 20 and older in this study. The average ages of the control group and the pregnant women group were similar to each other and did not show statistical differences. As for the group of women who entered menopause at the beginning or period of menopause, the mean for age was statistical differences at P = 0.001. The fact that there is no statistically significant difference between the averages of our study groups shows that weight does not affect the occurrence or delay of menstruation in women. It has been determined that INHA concentrations, which increase at the beginning of adulthood, decrease significantly and significantly in women entering the menopausal phase and during pregnancy. Since this situation occurs in the same way for AMH concentrations, it has been revealed that there is a direct relationship between INHA concentrations and AMH concentrations. FSH and LH tests are vital because FSH and LH levels decrease during pregnancy and from the onset of menopause to menopause. Our study confirms what many studies have shown, that FSH and LH are hormones that promote ovulation in women and decrease during pregnancy. A low LH level indicates that there may be a defect in the pituitary gland that blocks the flow of luteinising hormone that accompanies the menstrual cycle. Higher than normal levels of LH and FSH may indicate ovarian failure. As a result of our study, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, the ratio of total cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were associated with infertility and menstrual disorders in women by 28 per cent, but not significantly associated with increased risk of early menopause.
