Abstract (EN)
Perimidine is very important among heteroaromatic compounds. The studies carried out on perimidine and its derivatives have gained great concern recently as they are significant classes of natural or synthetic products having biological activities. Usage of microwave technique decreases the reaction time as well as increases the yield. Apart from this, it prevents the formation of side products, which is why it is used as green chemistry technology. 2-substituted and 1,2-disubstituted perimidine derivatives were synthesised by means of microwave technique. The study could be divided into two main groups:1)The compounds, Type 1, were synthesised with high yields, 88-98%, by reacting 1,8-naphthalenediamine with various aldehydes under microwave radiation. The structures of the compounds were identified with spectroscopy and instrumental methods.2)The Synthesised compounds; Type 1, were reacted with alkyl halogen and type 2 compound were synthesised and whose structures were identified through instrumental methods and spectroscopy.
