Abstract (EN)

The laundering crime of the values / wealth that originate from crime(money laundering), in general, may be defined as the input of the economical values obtained from the acts that bare deemed to be crimes by law into the legal economical system or the acts that aim the hiding of the illegal source of these. By this way, the criminals both reach the means of expending these revenues that they obtain and the accessing to the evidences of crime and the criminals by hiding these revenues and by mixing of these into economical values.In our work, this subject has been put forward from the conceptual point of view at first, then has been analysed within the frame of the principles of penal law. Apart from these, the arrangement of this crime in the international documents and in the Turkish law system and the legal documents accepted and the organizations formed within this frame has been told.
