The combination of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technology is driving a huge revolution in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in the Netherlands. The investigation seeks to clarify the structure, difficulties, and benefits related with the use of ML tools in the Dutch FMCG sector by gathering information from both large and small businesses. A thorough investigation of the topic demonstrates machine learning's (ML) crucial significance in streamlining operations, particularly in the field of supply chain management (SCM), and its critical aid during major worldwide crises like the Covid-19 outbreak. The study also examines the various ML integration methods based on the scope and structures of an organization, the difficulties and details of integrating ML with traditional systems, and a growing focus on employee education and ethical concerns in the context of this evolving technology. The results' conclusion highlights the fundamental change that ML caused in the Dutch FMCG industry by providing a comprehensive view of both its promise and the nuances of its adoption. This analysis establishes the framework for further research and provides business actors with a guide to exploit the potential of ML while carefully addressing its challenges.
