Abstract (EN)
This study examines how Artificial Intelligence technology can be used in advertising and marketing. Artificial Intelligence and machine learning have great potential to enable marketers to reach a wider audience more effectively, thanks to their content creation, targeting and personalization capabilities. However, the application of these technologies brings with it ethical and legal challenges, especially on issues such as data privacy and consumer rights. Therefore, the application of AI and machine learning in advertising and marketing requires a careful balancing of creativity and effective communication with ethical and legal challenges. The study aims to examine how we can achieve this balancing and how artificial intelligence can be used effectively in these areas.
