Green economy and ecological footprint in the sustainable development process

This thesis deals with what is called the brown economy until today; has been written in a critical perspective on the perception of the idea that uses nature as a direct input in the production and consumption process which increases ecosystem and biodiversity losses and causes various paradoxes at the point of sustainability of energy and resource efficiency and causes increase of greenhouse gas emissions due to deficiencies in recycling and waste management. In this sense, attention is drawn to the emergence of a whole new industrial order with new proposals developed for the needs of the age, addressing the world economic order. This new order lies in the green economy concept that builds the steps of sustainable development. In addition to the proposals of the past economic schools, climate change due to a combination of environmental and economic problems that the world faces in the last century, dependence on the use of fossil fuels, loss of ecosystems caused by the unexploitable use of non renewable natural resources, and future needs. The basic emphasis on the new economic system, which is parallel to this point and is being tried to be developed, is focused on the sustainability of economic development. Because, in the 21st century, the world is faced with two important phenomena: environmental and economic progress in a parallel plane is an important necessity: Sustainable Development and the Green Economy. This encounter includes changes in the perception of the brown economy, as well as variations in economic policies. This thesis, which offers a critical view on the perception of economic growth only on the growth figures, argues that liberal politics brought by capitalism could be able to advance without harming the prosperity of the economy with the green economy. The action of adaptation of the concept of development to all spheres of economics of sustainability and deepening internalization has become the starting point in world economic systems. The purpose of this thesis is; is to present the sustainable side of making the existing world economic problems affordable with a solution proposal that links them to generations of equilibrium. For sustainable development, there is a need for sustainable living. If this is illegal, The 21st century production revolution, which encompasses an enormous relationship between economy, society and the environment, passes through the green economy. The green economy will provide green employment with the green sectors, and the sustainable development of the resources through the reproduction of renewable energy. Research question; green economy dynamics is established renewable energy supply and reflected the positive and negative factors in the renewable energy supply sector on questioning of Turkey's economy constructive size. This thesis, first green economy and examine sustainable formation step of the development concept theoretically in a historic international conference held size over the world, Turkey and analyzes the green sectoral distribution and green employment rate in the world, ecological footprints for Turkey contains the detailed along with developments in the 1961-2014 year range and is working to demonstrate the sustainability of existing development and green economy policies.
