Abstract (EN)
This study aimes to determine the opinions of the teachers about the education implemented in the Temporary Education Centers established by the Ministry of National Education for Syrian refugee children.In this study,phenomenology design was used which is a qualitative research technique. The study group consisted of 20 teachers who worked in the Temporary Education Centers founded in Şenel Sabri Turan Primary School, Mehmet Akif İnan Secondary School and Ocaklar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in 2016-2017 Academic Year in Gaziantep.In order to collect the research data, semi structured interview form was used. For the analysis of qualitative data descriptive analysis was used.According to the to the results obtained from the research, it was determined that the students had problems about language, socio-economic situation and content of the program. The participants of the study recommended that these problems should be solved primarily by providing comprehensive language education, finding solutions to socio-economic problems and chancing the course hours in the curriculum
