Abstract (EN)

In this study, the relationship between the Syrian refugees who migrated to Şanlıurfa province as a result of the civil war that started in Syria in March 2011 and their relationship with the local community during their stay was examined. . The relationship between immigrants and the culture of arrival, which elements of local culture they embraced, which ones they rejected, whether the immigrants were accepted by the local community or not were excluded. In-depth interviews with 5 Arab, 5 Kurdish, 5 Turkmen, 5 Yazidi (one of them Zerdüşt) beliefs and 10 families from the local community in the central districts of Karaköprü, Haliliye and Eyyübiye districts of Şanlıurfa to analyze sociologically the cultural harmony of Syrian refugees from different ethnic and religious groups with the local community. It is made. Socio-Economic Structure of Syrian Refugees with the with Moonlight Association and support of Open Society Foundation in 2014 and 2015 and Socio-Psychological Effects of War (SE-SP Effects) were used in the unpublished data by obtaining the necessary permissions. As a result of the study, it is seen that there is a mutual cultural exchange between the Syrian refugees and the local community, but this is a necessity rather than voluntary. It was observed that the obligations of coexistence, formal work and transactions in the country of destination necessitate a mutual interaction.
