Abstract (EN)
Information gathered through a survey conducted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Turkey was used to study the perception on the potential of wood waste from manufacturing processes. Reuse and upcycling methods were surveyed to make some preliminary considerations to measure the added value creation potential on the basis of the assumptions. The study aims to lead to creative rethinking of the use of wood waste in both countries to avoid burning or burial.
