Abstract (EN)

Recently, powder metallurgy, it was one of economical production methods adopted widely. A successful matrix material starts with the appropriate selection of high quality matrix powder and production parameters. One of these issues it is important that showed resistance against intense wear of the sliding bed. In this study, the changes in bronze (85/15), cobalt and nickel elements and different sintering pressures and temperature of the matrix were investigated in different ratios; abrasive wear test was applied to determine the wear behaviors of the manufactured specimens. Micro hardness values of the produced samples were also examined. Sintering was performed by Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), one of the powder metallurgy production methods. Sintered specimens were interpreted in the direction of microstructure, abrasive wear and microhardness tests among each other. The effect of sintering temperature and pressure on the microstructure was also investigated and detailed studies were carried out in the direction of EDS and SEM analyzes of the produced samples.
