Abstract (EN)
In the present study, the buckling behaviors of the laminated composite beams with circular hole are investigated. The beam is restricted as at one side and the vertical load is applied from the other side. Firstly, the lateral critical buckling loads of beams are obtained theoretically, experimentally and numerically. After that the experimental results of the beam with circular hole in the middle are compared with the finite element analysis results. These results are revealing with data obtained by numerical method. The agreement between the both results shows that the correctness of numerical methods. The effects of beam dimensions and the locations and the dimensions of the circular hole on the critical buckling loads are investigated for different fiber orientations, by using finite elements software program ANSYS.
