The narration techniques in Tahsin Yücel's novels

In narratives, the method of narration is more significant than the con-tent. One of the most significant element showing the auther's narration method is his narration technique. Narration methods are ways that the author has chosen to strenghen the narrating while he is making the scene visible and transfering the story more effectively. The author, chosing the narration methods that have been utilized to suit his purpo-se together with literary piece, enables the plot, characters, time and site to be collecti-vely and effectively presented to reader. Thanks to the new increasing developments in narration method through time, the ways of expression have been contributed increa-singly. Nowadays the novels are more complicated than as they were before. The narra-tion methods have great effect on this result. So as to be succesful and effective for a novel, the narration methods required to be used effectively. The novels of Tahsin Yücel are quite wealthy and succesful examples in this respect. Tahsin Yücel is one of the most important novelists of Republican of Turkish litarature. Tahsin Yücel used stream conciousness, interior monologue, leitmotif, dialogue narrative techniques such as letter writing in his novels. Especially inner analysis, inner monologue, inner dialogue, which are important for reflecting the individual's inner world and phychology, have the importance in his novels. In the novels subjected to the study, the contributions to the narratives and fictionalizing the narratives by using narration methods are to be examined.
