Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects on VLF, HF propagation and IONOLAB-TEC values were investigated with the experimental systems in the Turkey corridor during the 29 March 2006 Total Solar Eclipse. Signal strengths from VLF transmitters during Total Solar Eclipse has changed depending on frequencies, distance and ionospheric characteristics in the signal path. Decreases in signal and noise strengths of HF wave have been detected due to the fact that solar rays cannot reach Eclipse path for a short time. In the IONOLAB-TEC values, decreases were observed during Total Solar Eclipse depending on the distance to the eclipse corridor and the local position of the stations.
