Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of fourth chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction. In the second chapter, some preliminaries and basic definitions that will be used throughout the thesis are given. In the third chapter, basic properties of incomplete Gamma functions are mentioned. In the fourth chapter, definitions of incomplete Pochhammer symbols and incomplete hypergeometric functions are presented. Besides, some properties of these functions and connections with the other functions are analysed.
