Abstract (EN)

Historical artifacts living from the past until today exposed to many destructions non-naturally or naturally. For this reason, the protection of cultural heritage and the studies doing to inform the next generations is accelerating day by day in the whole world and the importance of it is increasing highly. By this increased importance, the technology is encouraged in order to be easier and more detailed of studies made on the cultural heritage and this importance have provided the development of used measurement systems and renewing itself every day. Photogrammetric methods are used for years to prepare databases (measured drawings and three-dimensional model) for maintenance and repair of historic buildings. These methods has enriched the development of laser scanners, detail and accuracy has been increased. In this study, terrestrial photogrammetry and laser scanning methods have been used in preparation of three-dimensional (3D) model of the historical sites. These methods are examined in terms of accuracy by reference to the geodetic measurements. "Chinese Tea House" which is a historic building located in Germany-Karlsruhe have been selected as the study area and providing a contribution to the studies to do for the documentation of cultural heritage have been intended.
