The owner and the head writer of the article is Shakh Safvet Efendi who is thedeputy of Urfa. Its publication life inculedes, h. 22nd of Rebiulevvel, 1329 and 22 th ofZilhicce (R. 10th of March, 1327-1st of Kanunievveel, 1327; M. 23rd of March, 1911-14th of December, 1911). The article, whose publication life was short, could bepublished only for 35 times.
