Editing and analysis of "Uddetu Ashab al-Bidayah ve al-Nihayah" book by Tashkoprizadah Kemal al-din Efendi

Although the book al-Hidayah attributed to al-Marginani has been wrote on it several types of explanations brief and the Hadiths documentation, but we do find a study there about in the pattern of abstraction but Tashkoprizadah has made the al-Hidayah free from its ills and he added matters which is called 'Uddetu ashab al-bidayah ve al-nihayah' it eases the cumprehension of the closed matters and its explanation when he needs there to. The author that he was appointed in the judiciary in the era of the Ottoman Empire in important centers has placed in his book seperate chapters in the problems of its time and mentioned in his book wonderful fatwa's so, Tashkoprizadah deserves to be known so his book 'al-Uddah' must be getting out from the shelves of the old library in which he will find extent of eras to serve universities.
