"difficulties encountered on transfered primary schools (Example of Ağrı city)"

It can be defined that the aims of this research are to fix the difficulties encountered on transported primary schools with regarding as teachers, students, parents, managers and personnel vehicles drivers and to offering suggestions for clearing those difficulties through evaluating the obtained data. The surveys prepared in accordance with this purpose were applied to the teachers, students and parents. Also, interviews were performed with managers and drivers. This research has descriptive study method. It has descriptive survey model from quantitative research models. Universal set of this research consists of students educating in all transported primary schools in Ağrı City in 2015–2016 education term, their parents, teachers work in transported primary schools, personeel vehicle drivers transfer these students and the directors of transported primary schools. 5 transported primary schools were selected because of the high student populations in this research. Total population in these schools are 90 students, 20 parents, 4 drivers, 30 teachers ve 4 school directors. Moreover, 51 students, 10 parents, 10 teachers, 3 school director and 2 drivers were taken as sample in the 2 primary schools located in Taşlıçay Town selected by randomly. Analysis of the surveys applied to the students, teachers and parents were done by t test and anova test by SPSS statistical program. In those tests, standard variation, frequency percentages, arithmetic average and P-value were calculated. In the forms of interviews applied to the drivers and school directors, coded thoughts and frequency values were determined. Results were separately taken under the titles of parent, teacher, student, school director and driver by this study. It was seen that teacher has the biggest difficulty and driver has the smallest difficulty. We can summarize some of these results as following: Students from 1st and 2nd grades feel nostalgia for family or home. It was resulted that transported students are not "troubled" due to the teachers' opinions. Teachers have some difficulties overload because of transported education. It was obtained that the problems encountered of the teachers significantly differentiate due to education level of the parents and the population of the transported students. On the other hand, most of parents are pleased to the transported education and they trust to the drivers who carry their children. It was reached that some of schools have not physical conditions and facilities and parents are uninterested so they do not attend the meetings organised in the schools. However school directors are pleased to the GPS system, drivers have some difficulties because of it. Key words: Education System, Transported Education, Transported School.
