Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to extending service life of curing bladders that produced by using butyl rubber (IIR) / chloropen rubber (CR) which is exerted to cure the tire of Billas Tire and Rubber company, and to prepared economical rubber mixture. Thus the effect of IIR/CR rubbers, fillers and antioxidant ratios on rheological and mechanical properties were investigated in curing bladders. 21 different recipes were prepared for curing bladder mixtures. While one of them is reference recipe (RF), the others are development recipes. Rheological tests before vulcanization and physicomechanical tests after vulcanization (stiffness, density, before and after thermal aging, tensile strength, percentage elongation, tear resistance and mod.%300) were done to each mixture. All tests were accordance with the ASTM D standard test procedure. FTIR, TGA/DSC and SEM analyses were also done to determine the chemical, thermal and morphological structure of RF coded sample prepared with the reference recipe and samples with the best physicomechanical properties (R1, R7 and R7A coded recipes).
