Abstract (EN)

Language is the most important elements reflecting the self of a nation. Kazan Tatar Turkish, one of the representatives of Historical Kipchak Turkish today, has an important place in Turkish language. Kazan Tatar Turks whose origins are based on Idil Bulgarians and Kipchak Turks, continue their existence today as an autonomous republic in the region of Idil-Ural. In this study, Zölfet Hekim's novel titled "Agımsuda Ni Bulmaz" (What does not Happen in Flowing Water) in Kazan Tatar Literature, is determined to be the language material. Focusing on the current work, Kazan Tatar Turkish is examined in terms of phonetics, morphology and word types. In the introduction chapter being the first part of the study, the language, history, tribes, literature and authors of Kazan Tatar Turks are introduced. In the second chapter, phonetics, morphology and word types are explained via the examples from the text. In the third chapter, the transcription of the aforementioned text is presented.
