Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to research Tayfun Pirselimoğlu's novels thoroughly in terms of structure and theme. Being a literator, scriptwriter and on artist Tayfun Pirselimoğlu has a sophisticated personality. He is a writer who has an important place in current Turkish literature with his spesific wordiry and style. His seven nowels he has written until now, which are full of references to both east and weat culture, are eclectical Works in which postmodern expressing techniques are intensely used. The study entitled as "Examination of Tayfun Pirselimoğlu's Novels in Terms of Structure and Theme" consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, there is information about Tayfun Pirselimoğlu life, literary identity and Works. In the second chapter, Pirselimoğlu's novels have been analyzed in terms of structure and theme. These novels are: Çöl Masalları, Kayıp Şahıslar Albümü, Malihulya, Şehrin Kuleleri, Kerr, Berber and Kadastrocu. The novels have been studied individually in the aspects of structure, plot, narrates and point of view, character codre time, place and instruction techniques. In the theme part the issues, which the writer emphasizes mostly, are studied.
