The developments in technology which used in the field of medical science have a lot of positive and negative results. Organ transplantation is an issue has found the reflection of these developments. Today's advanced medical science is improving to healing certain diseases which can not be medicated, so organ and tissue transplantation is a reality that can not be ignored anymore. Organ transplantation is a surgically process of transferring a living organ or cadaveric organ instead of an organ that is not working. Organ donation must be provided. There fore priority of this issue is finding a live or cadaver-induced organ and tissue. Oftenly, life and death of patients depends on organ transplantation. In this context, importance of organ transplantation and its prere quisite organ donation is evident. Serious illnesses and death are inevitable facts of life which is bad situations faced by patients relatives. In contrast, the deceased person's organs can be a hope for patients waiting for organs. Organ donation can be provided from live human body and also from cadavers. The conditions required for organ donation and the relevant legal regulations are clearly defined by law in our country. Still, the most troublesome topic and prerequisite of cadaveric organ donation is brain death. It has been put on legal basis as a result of the progress of medical science so as to leave no doubt all over the world. The social moral and religious structure of the community is extremely effective about organ transplantation and organ donation. Organ Transplantation and organ donation are not an immoral situation. However, the arising judgements from the false beliefs and irrational fears of society affect organ donation. If all the reasons of the negative judgements are determined and the community will educate about that topic, the problem will be solved. In developed countries, organ donation, donor organ transplant laws on issues such as the state it self has prevented abuses by making the necessary arrangements. However, especially in third world countries where the gap left by the state's economic and social backwardness of people using it is filled organ mafia. Official religious organizations in Muslim countries has allowed Organ donation. However, people with negative attitudes unofficial clergy is more effective on organ donation rates are low. State and religious organizations in their decision of buying and selling of organs has decided not permissible. However, to be awarded by the state or by the recipient of the transmitter, promotion, costs such as provision of measures have been taken to increase organ donation. These incentives under the control of the state or states is required. Organ Transplantation and organ donation are about social, political, and legal issues and medical staff can not solve complex issues alone. A long-term and complex process which starting with the provision of organ donation and continuing with organ transplantation must be coordinate by specialized health workers. Definition of organ transplant coordination and duties has gained a legal framework with the legal framework with the legel regulations in our conntry. However, in practice the problems still continue. In Western countries, the coordination of organ transplantation is a separate medical discipline. In our country, it still remains unclear. The person responsible for this task should have the sole task of these additional tasks are carried out in our country in many hospitals. In this study, transplant and organ donation today-related problems, cause these problems stemmed from a broad perspective and worked solutions to legal and ethical and religious aspects of the topic from the perspective of the community and health workers if an attempt is made to evaluate.
