Abstract (EN)

Supply chain management for many researchers and authors, has been considered as an important competitive strategy implemented by companies to gain profit and sustain in the market. Supply chain management aims to produce the value served to customers interdependently by establishing strategic partnerships relying on win-win mentality, minimize the total cost by preventing the repeated efforts and make use of value added benefits provided by each partner for all the chain members. When recognized the failure is inevitable if not being competitive, the main goal of all firms is making effective use of both external abilities provided by other channel members and internal abilities the company has in her own. The human resources are at the head of all abilities the firms possess. The companies taking into consideration of meeting the supply chain partners? expectations by firms? own employees have to balance the harmony between supply chain management and human resources management strategies which are interacted reciprocally. The human resources management practices should support the supply chain management strategies which are dedicated to firm?s success. In this study, the effects of human resources management practices on supply chain management are examined and the support of human resources management practices on her supply chain management of a firm from furniture market is researched.
