Abstract (EN)
Companies are increasingly competing with each other and for this reason they try to improve themselves. Cost had been an important role at firms? competing with each other previously. But now, only cost criteria is not sufficient for having a voice in common market. Especially, supply chain management is the basis of competition. Because it's the right product at the right place, right quantity at the right time, right customers, right at the cost of delivery is extremely important. Therefore, firms should evaluate their supply chain performance continuously and they hold their performance to sustain competition. In this study SCOR Model and Data Envelopment Analyse was used for firms? supply chain performance evaluation. SCORCARD metrics classified as an input and output set to use in Data Envelopment Analyse. Efficiency values were calculated for firms at used method. Values which is calculated and SCORCARD metrics was put in place in pocket program which is coded with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (C#). Program was run different situations as General Banchmarking, Market Benchmarking, The Regional Benchmarking, Market Benchmarking With Data Envelopment Analysis, The Regional Benchmarking With Data Envelopment Analysis and the General Benchmarking With Data Envelopment Analysis and the results compared with each other. Then the firm?s metrics was determined which is bad.
