Abstract (EN)

Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes both tangible andintangible factors. In these type of problems if suppliers have capacity or otherdifferent constraints two problems will exist: which suppliers are the best andhow much should be purchased from each selected supplier.Supplier selection process is to find criteria required for choosing, requiredcriteria and the most convenient supplier by classifying data obtained. In this work, an application is done to choose the best suppliers and to minimizethe deviation from goals. Analytic Network Process, which is a newmethodology, is used as a method for getting a solution because the problem hasthe entire complexity, interdependencies, and the feedback.Analytic Network Process is the one of the methods that gives the best choicefor decision problem which has finite number of alternatives with multicriteriastructure. It is not easy to consider some qualitative factors such as quality, experience to the solution processes while decision problems are solved. However, decision maker generally consider them as a parameter which is notnumerical. The other diffuculty is that many decision problems havemulticriteria structure. The weight of the factors in the problem are obtained after accomplishing thesolution process, and therefore it is determined in the solution how much effectsthese factors have. The weight of the factors in the problem are obtained after accomplishing thesolution process, and therefore it is determined in the solution how much effectsthese factors have.
