Abstract (EN)
Adhesive joints appear as an alternative such as other adhesive types due to easy of using and advantage. Therefore, the using of adhesive joints increases every day. The adhesive joints to be a security joint with optimum condition. In this study, the stresses occurring in joints with adhesives of plates manufactured from different geometry shapes are investigated by using finite element method. In the analysis, Franc 2D program is used and the equivalent stress (Von Mises) is considered as a stress criterion. The various notch types (Circular ve V type), the notch numbers (5 and 10) plates, the adhesive thickness (0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5.) and the adhesive elasticity modulus ((20GPa, 50GPa, 100GPa) are used in joining with adhesives of the plates. Key words: Adhesive substances, stres, nite elements, method, adhesive joints, Franc.
