Abstract (EN)
In this work; aluminium powder with 50 - 70 μm grain size have been pressed between 50–300 MPa by cold one axis press. By evaluating the density and volume parameters of green and sintered examples the ideal pressure was achieved 200 MPa. We pressed 22 examples by 200 MPa. 11 of them were sintered for 5 minutes between 500–600˚C by high frequency induction generator in open air by increasing the temperature after every sintering 10 ˚C. The other eleven examples was sintered in oven for 40 minutes by increasing the temperature after every sintering 10 ˚C. After that, we investigate the hardness, wear resistance and the microstructure of the sintered samples. Test results have been compared with each other to get the results of different sintering temperatures. It was seen that the induction system sintered the samples successfully.Aluminum powder into ZrO2,Tun,TiO2 and SiO2 by adding ceramic powder in the oven and sinter induction.
