Abstract (EN)
This study aims to make practical and experimental learning methods, especially significant in vocational and technical education, accessible through electronic platforms. Enabling remote access to classical laboratory equipment allows users to benefit from laboratory environments without time and location constraints. For this purpose, a low-cost remote access laboratory has been developed to be used in technology education. Users can work on real-time experimental setups in conjunction with simulations and enrich their educational experiences by comparing real experimental results with simulation outcomes. This study focuses on the subject of power electronics and its experiments. Remote access experimental setups for power electronics have been prepared and made available to users. A website has been prepared and made accessible to users for the effective implementation of remote control experiments. The website provides users with detailed instructions on how to conduct experiments and also contains general information on electronic and remote access. It is anticipated that this study will contribute to the proliferation of technology-based solutions in education and respond to the evolving needs of technology education. Remote laboratories provide students with increased flexibility and accessibility, thus expanding the boundaries of experimental learning in education. It is considered that this study may contribute to the adoption of similar technologies in the field of education in the future.
