An application of a model investment project in textile field

The investment is to obtain added value at the result of transfer of the capital and similar sources; no matter what its subject is. By evaluating all data from science (included social and economical) and condition of market, it has to be gotten rational conclusion. Based on this concept the thesis has been prepared in three main section: 1. By utilizing from also official issues, it has been given theoretical information on concepts of investment, project, feasibility and general information on the methods of implementation. 2. All processes which have to be followed by the management have been explained with details, starting from the idea of the investment until the decision of the investment according to the result of feasibility project. For his purpose textile has been selected as main field, it has been not defined sub branch. As a matter of fact, if it is defined specific criterias of each investment branch then this thesis can be generalized. 3. On the third part, referring the model of investment created at the second part; it has been made sampling and for this aim, it has been selected cotton ring yarn spinning mill based on the real cost figures in order to establish in Turkey. If it is take into consideration the conditions of each country then this study can gain more general meaning. After the decision of investment then implementation of the project actually is the part of the project. However this is not the subject of this thesis. Actually, if the project has been prepared vey properly then it can be applied may be with small revises. At the end of the construction, the plant must run effectively.
