Abstract (EN)

Ill ABSTRACT In this study, the constitutive equations of thermoelastic, micromorphic media which depend on time-rate of temperature were considered. The text consists of five chapters. In chapter one, a brief summary was given about the topic. The kinematics and displacement of micromorphic theory were given and for the existence of single valued continuous displacement field the compatibility conditions were imposed on deformation tensors in chapter two. In chapter three, for the micromorphic theory the basic equations in the form of material and space were detemined. In chapter four, for temperature-rate- dependent thermoelastic, micromorphic media, the constitutive equations obtained and the constitutive equations were derived from the restrictions due to entropy inequality. For the situations being isotropy, linear and homogenous media, the constitutive equations deduced. At the end, the linear theory was considered and after the linearized constitutive equations had been derived the field equations were given. T.C YtKSDCÖCRirnM KURUL*
